The Rebel Residency is the first Hip Hop Music Residency in Tacoma, WA. It is a four part music and culture series curated by Sharp Skills.

The first event in the series was The Rebel Rises Concert featuring Sharp Skills with a live band and guest performers; Shakiah, Rob Young, and Juma Blaq. The Rebel Rises continued Sharp Skills’ most recent music saga which began in the spring of 2025 with his The Rebel Returns Concert.
