Strategic Precision

"The best CEO's I know are teachers, and at the core of what they teach is strategy."-Michael Porter

It takes a while to develop an effective strategy and even longer to become precise in executing it. Many times, you won't even know what to aim for when you first start out in your venture. The first goal may be very generic like "make money" or "increase internet presence." Generic goals must be molded and developed until they become specific and direct. Only then do you have a true target. Be patient as you learn how to strategize and even more so when you are working at becoming sharp in implementing them. It does not come overnight.
