Why You Can't Fully Emulate Someone Else's Success

"I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was." -Muhammad Ali

Every single person is unique. The blueprint that will lead you to your fullest potential (and greatest effectiveness) is assigned to you only. While we may have mentors, coaches, role models, and leaders that give us a glimpse and insight into what is possible for our own lives, we should always remember that our road is different. We are different than those we admire. Don't try to be a copycat, it will never work. You will never be fulfilled in what you do if you always have your eye on the "original" greatness of others and fail to recognize your own. It takes a while to get comfortable in your own skin. But take it from someone who has been there and done that, bought and rocked the tee-shirt, plus created a soundtrack to learn who YOU are and what you are made to do. Press past the weird and quirky phase of being uncomfortable with yourself until you are your greatest champion.
