Deliver Value Day In and Day Out
People who deliver value to their clients soon become indispensable. People rarely buy products and services, they buy the benefits that they offer. When you create or distribute something, people are often times buying you. Due to increased competition in the global marketplace (thanks to the Internet), your personality, skills, attitude, and service are what may be the deciding factor in closing the deal. Even if closing a million dollar account is not your goal, delivering value even in the small things will set you apart in the business/professional sphere. Professionals that give clients something worth their time and financial resource (and that solve problems) are worth their weight in pure gold.
