Million Dollar Ears




One of the hardest skills to practice yet is so critical to business success is listening. To serve your clients at the highest level requires getting out of your own head and more in tune with their line of thinking. To a certain degree, a professional must be deeply empathetic and have a high emotional intelligence quotient (I.Q.). The ability to leave your own opinion behind and be fully present for those you serve is top priority in this supercharged global economy. Every word from your client that you correctly mentally process is like money entering your bank account. Keep that as your visual when you are tempted to interrupt them.
