The Money Will Come: Thoughts of an Entrepreneurial R.E.B.E.L. (Volume 15)
A lot of entrepreneurs go about starting their business the wrong way. They begin with asking themselves how can I make money or where is the money. These are perfectly logical and intelligent questions to ask. Yet, it is not the mindset that will produce lasting success in the long run. When you launch a "business", it should be something that you are passionate about and would love to do even if you did not receive a dime from it. Most entrepreneurs wants to make a profit from his/her endeavor, but that profit must come organically rather than be manufactured. When you try to manufacture success for your start up, you run the risk of settling for less than what your idea is really worth. When your success is organic, you call the shots and will have a clearer head once money presents itself. If you are passionate about what you do and have some business savvy, there will be a market for what you create. It may be a very small niche, but it will be substantial for your bank account.
