Complaceny=Death: Thoughts of an Entrepreneurial R.E.B.E.L. (Volume 9)
Enhancing ones skills sets, honing strengths, and improving weaknesses is no longer an option for today's entrepreneur or their company. The world we live in is way to competitive and business ideas, models, and strategies are becoming obsolete before they are even utilized. An entrepreneur must always be thinking of ways to expand, build, innovate, improve, and grow without letting go of their current responsibilities such as sustainability and day to day operations. One good fiscal year does not automatically equate to another one the next. Re-evaluation of practices and progress must be done often.Today's entrepreneur must continue to find ways to make his/her organization more productive and valuable or face elimination on the brutal business terrain.
